Returns & Exchanges

At Counter Culture Coffee, we strive for excellence in every roast; however, because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee. For brewing equipment and merchandise, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Review Policy

  Verify that your item is eligible for return; please note that all coffee bean sales are final, while gear and apparel must be unused and in original packaging.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer experience team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your non-perishable items and ship them back to our warehouse using the provided return label or a carrier of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
